Lughnasadh Sound Bath
resonant rhythms x wellcollab
Join us for a ceremonial sound bath in honor of Lughnasadh, the Celtic festival marking the first harvest and the turning of the seasonal wheel.
Together, we’ll gather to honor what’s ripening in our lives and what’s ready to be released.
Through sound, breath, and intention, and acupuncture, we’ll tune into the body’s knowing, recalibrate our nervous systems, and align with the abundant rhythm of late summer.
To Bring:
A yoga or pilates mat
1-2 pillows or a yoga bolster
Water bottle
Crystals or other alter or ritual tools to charge in the energy of the evening
Please dress in comfy layers - in a rest and digest state, we tend to feel cooler than normal. We encourage blankets, sleeping bags, slippers, and any other items you might need for optimal comfort.
Comfort is Queen.

Mabon Sound Bath
resonant rhythms x wellcollab
Celebrate the autumn equinox with us in a ceremonial sound bath honoring Mabon: the moment of balance between light and dark, and the gateway into fall.
As we cross this seasonal threshold, we’ll use sound, stillness, and intention to reflect on what we’ve harvested and what we’re ready to lay down. This is a time to pause, integrate, and listen inward. Bring a mat, something warm, and whatever helps you settle into the shift.

Samhain Sound Bath
resonant rhythms x wellcollab
Join us for a sound bath in honor of Samhain, the Celtic new year and the sacred threshold between worlds.
As the veil thins, we’ll gather in stillness and sound to honor the unseen, connect with ancestral wisdom, and tend to what is ending and beginning within us. This is a time for deep listening, gentle release, and quiet remembrance. Bring a mat, layers for warmth, and anything that helps you feel rooted in the darkening season.

Yule Sound Bath
resonant rhythms x wellcollab
Celebrate Yule — the winter solstice and the return of the light — with a ceremonial sound bath marking the darkest night of the year.
We’ll gather in stillness to honor the quiet magic of winter, tend the embers of our inner fire, and make space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Through sound and presence, we’ll welcome the turning of the wheel and the slow rebirth of light. Bring a mat, something cozy, and any objects you’d like to charge with solstice intention.

This workshop blends gua sha technique with structural insights that reveal what your face has been holding, and what it’s ready to release.

Whether you're currently in the trenches of treatments, reflecting on your journey, or simply looking for a space to be heard, we’d love for you to join us.

If you’re interested please be in touch. Because this is an intimate gathering, the guest list is curated for sensitivity.
We’re excited to come together, share new and upcoming Revive resources, listen with open hearts, and remind each other that we’re not alone on this journey. Your voice is important – and by sharing, we all find greater strength.
We can’t wait to hear from you.

Proof of Life™ Jaw Tension Release (VIRTUAL)
During Feminist Facials, I don't even ask people if they grind or clench anymore… I just ask how much.
Like, what level of personal hell is your clenching at, cause based on what I have felt on literally every single jaw I get my hands on, we're all clenched.
So join me Saturday – grab a glass of wine, or tea, or an edible, some water… really, whatever works for you to feel in your own personal space.
You'll need some slip for your face (if you do facials with me, you know I'm partial to Cocokind's Oil To Milk Cleanser), your hands, and if you want a tool, you can use literally anything — the OG tool was a spoon.

Summer to Fall Transition Breathwork
Join us for a FREE 30 minutes Summer to Fall Transition Breathwork

Winter to Spring Transition Breathwork
Transitions are that moment of closing a door and opening a window.
And like, what if you prefer a door to a window? What if you don't want to open the window?? Transitions mean that something is different; that something is changing; that time continues to march on. There's something really vulnerable about a time of transition because that window represents the unknown.

Post-Galentine's Day Meditation with Chryssa & Erikka
What's Galentine's Day?
“It's only the best day of the year. Every February 13th, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home, and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style." - Leslie Knope
Hang with your girls on the 13th. Decompress with us on the 16th.
We’re two best friends who know the transformative power of female friendship. We’ve been roommates and business partners, and we want to share some of the healing powers that other women holding space for you can provide.
Join us for a meditative celebration of friendship, and spend a bit of your Friday night winding down and tapping into your body.

Midwinter Breathwork
Intention for Midwinter Breathwork
Our focus will be on the depths.
It's February. We're halfway into winter. As the cold helps our hibernating energy to germinate, our energy sinks deeper and deeper.
Until it doesn't.
Because we get to a natural pivot point where the pre-spring work must begin, and midwinter is a perfect place to acknowledge that.
In this breathwork session, we'll first be leaning into how our energy has done the good work of plunging downward this cold season - and we'll be acknowledging the pivot that we must move through, despite it still being cold.
After all, in order to enter into spring with the ability to move our energy upward, we must first awake from our winter germination.

Proof of Life™ Flow
Join me on Monday mornings from 9:30-9:45 for a free Proof of Life™ Flow.
What's a Proof of Life Flow?
Proof of Life™ is my signature, get-in-you-body-via-our-innate-and-socialized-dictates-to-be-beautiful program! Rolls right off the tongue, right?!
The flows are sets of movements designed to visually lift, brighten, and open your face up. Internally, they're designed to increase blood flow, release tense muscles, engage underused muscles, and hit upon acupressure points.
What's the Point?
When we're stuck in a habit of letting stress live rent-free in our faces, it shows. Proof of Life Flows clear the area and remind you what it feels like to relax your face.
Note: don't forget to make a free Marvelous account! That way, your event is queued up for you in your profile.
