Hi! I’m Chryssa Tsakiris.

I’m a licensed acupuncturist, writer, and creator of the Proof of Life® framework: a feminist, matriarchal, and elemental approach to healing. I integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine, structural repatterning, and neurodivergent intuition into everything I offer.

My work lives at the intersection of facial acupuncture, feminist embodiment, ancestral repair, and matriarchal tech ethics.

Well Collab Acupuncture operates out of Sleepy Hollow and Dobbs Ferry — both in Westchester County NY — where I offer my signature feminist facials, integrative acupuncture, and the core intensive program within my practice, Elemental Arc.

I offer standard acupuncture for pain and internal medicine, cycles acupuncture for fertility and menstrual cycle regulation, and wired well acupuncture for migraines and neurodivergent support.
