Proof of Life®
Your vitality is not something to earn.
It’s something to remember.

Proof of Life® is a matriarchal framework for embodiment, healing, and repair.
It’s not about self-care as performance or survival as success; it’s about reanimating what patriarchy tries to suppress:
your rhythms, your beauty, your rage, your joy, your truth.
It’s the thread that runs through everything I offer, from acupuncture and facial work to online courses, writings, and ritual.
This is not a method. It’s a remembering.
the ethos
In a world that asks you to numb, minimize, and disappear, Proof of Life is a quiet rebellion:
Your body is not a problem. It’s a portal.
Healing doesn’t have to look like fixing.
Your aliveness is evidence enough.
The more you move away from yourself, the more lost you’ll be. Proof of Life means coming home to yourself.
Proof of Life meets you at the intersection of:
Traditional Chinese Medicine: re-rooted in matriarchal values.
Feminist embodiment: not empowerment, but reconnection.
Lineage work and spiritual repair: across time and kin.
Rhythms for all neurotypes: spacious, non-linear, and humane.
Creative expression: writing, ritual, story, and myth.
The Principles

Myth-making and truth-telling. From breast health to vampire fiction (you’ll see soon enough!), the thread remains.
For now, find me on my blog, but fiction and substack are brewing!
A Note on the Name
The phrase proof of life comes from hostage situations: it’s evidence someone is still alive.
Does it feel a bit harsh? Maybe. But in a culture that demands disconnection, this work is that signal.
It’s the pulse that runs throughout the code and mirror that’s held up to your face, saying:
You are still here. You still get to choose. You still get to live.
Not sure where to begin?
Start with where your body says yes.
