i’m building something sacred.
Well Collab Acupuncture is expanding.
I’m looking for values-aligned humans who want to practice in a space that honors depth, integrity, and matriarchal medicine.
Well Collab Acupuncture was never meant to be just a treatment room. It’s always been something more: a container for real healing, deep structural change, and matriarchal medicine in action.
As I expand into our next iteration — a multi-room clinic with space for Feminist Facials, acupuncture, integration sessions, and fertility work — I’m not just building a business. I’m building infrastructure that makes this kind of care sustainable for practitioners and for patients.
Well Collab Acupuncture is a feminist acupuncture clinic based in Dobbs Ferry and Sleepy Hollow, NY. We’re rooted in seasonal care, structural healing, and matriarchal values… and we’re expanding.
If you’re looking for an acupuncture job in Westchester County, a mentorship opportunity, or a part-time role supporting meaningful wellness work, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. We’re currently hiring a part-time administrative assistant and calling in a future acupuncturist to apprentice into this work with care, integrity, and a nervous system-honoring pace.
this is a space where:
Your nervous system matters.
Beauty is reclaimed as an energetic truth, not a performance.
Care isn’t rushed, extracted, or overextended.
Mentorship is reciprocal.
I build systems that last, without burning out the people inside them.
Eventually, this may become an employee-owned business. That’s the dream.
But right now, I’m focused on doing the work with integrity: making space for the right people to grow, learn, earn a living, and stay connected to the reason they entered this field in the first place.
If you’re looking for a place to belong, to be mentored, and to contribute to something that actually feels good to build, you might be part of this vision too.
admin assistant (Part-Time | In-Person + Remote)
I’m looking for someone organized, grounded, and heart-centered to help keep the back-end of Well Collab running smoothly. This is a part-time position (8–12 hours/week to start) with a mix of in-person and remote work, ideal for someone local to Westchester County.
This role is especially great for someone whose brain notices what’s slipping through the cracks… maybe because your brain works differently, too.
I have ADHD and run a full-spectrum healing business that bridges medicine, beauty, and matriarchal structure. I’m excellent at holding big ideas and deep presence for others, but I need support with the executive functioning that keeps the day-to-day flowing. You might have ADHD or another neurodivergence yourself, and if you do, you know how important the right systems can be. That kind of awareness is a superpower here.
You might be a great fit if:
You love organizing systems, schedules, and digital clutter
You’re comfortable with Google Workspace, Squarespace, and/or light tech
You’re emotionally intelligent and grounded under pressure
You want to work somewhere where care and structure both matter
You’re excited about supporting a feminist, matriarchal business that blends beauty, medicine, and deep healing
Some things you might do in this role:
Assist with appointment logistics, reminders, or client communication
Interfacing with insurance biller
Help with content formatting (newsletter, blog, social posts)
Keep track of inventory, packages, or office maintenance tasks
Be a grounding presence for patients and practitioners alike
This is not a high-volume, high-speed front desk job. It’s a slow, thoughtful, sacred support role. We’re building a clinic where everyone — staff included — can breathe.
Practitioner in Training (Coming Soon)
For Licensed Acupuncturists or Students Nearing Completion
We’re not hiring for this position just yet, but we’re calling her in. If you’re an acupuncturist (or student) who wants to learn a matriarchal approach to medicine — one that integrates structural repatterning, feminist facial work, and seasonal care — we’d love to hear from you.
This is not a traditional job post. This is an invitation into a lineage.
We imagine this role evolving into a long-term, paid mentorship with the potential to become a permanent, high-integrity position within Well Collab Acupuncture. The practitioner we’re calling in is someone who doesn’t just want a job: they want to belong to something, to co-create, to be mentored and eventually take up space in a way that holds others with the same precision and reverence this work requires.
If your whole body is saying “this might be me,” please send a message and introduce yourself. We’d rather meet you now and build together, than wait until it’s all “official.” Magic doesn’t move on HR timelines.
